What devices are Playance books compatible with?
Playance will work on any modern mobile or desktop devices! Books should work perfectly on both Apple and Android smartphones and tablets or on your laptop or desktop. You can also use most e-readers with built in web browsers like the kindle.
I tried using content, but it’s not working. Is there a fix?
If you tried using content on Playance and it isn’t working, please CONTACT OUR SUPPORT STAFF. Please specify the problem, content category (book, music, etc), and title of the product causing issues. Our technical staff will resolve your issue and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24-48 hours.
I may have a broken book. How do I fix it?
Please notify our support staff, telling us which book is causing difficulty, and what device you are currently using. Our technical staff will take a look, and a support representative will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
How do I get more technical questions answered?
Use our contact form to inform the support team of additional questions. Let us know what issues you are having and our support staff will investigate and reply to your inquiry.
Is there a list of web browsers I can use for reading?

My membership was cancelled, why am I still being charged?
Once you have successfully cancelled your membership, and received a confirmation email, there should not be any further charges. If there has been an error, please immediately contact one of our live representatives so we can resolve the matter.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time by using our online cancellation form HERE or by calling a live representative at 1-888-973-6596.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your membership at anytime. Once you cancel your membership, you will still have access to your account for the rest of your term. However, you will not be billed after your account has been cancelled.
What is your refund policy?
You are eligible for a refund if you meet either of the following criteria:
Refund Status: It will take about 24 hours for a refund to be processed. You will receive a correspondence to the email on file, containing a confirmation. Kindly allow 3 to 7 business days before the refund or credit appears in your account. - If you had technical issues, were a subject of fraudulent activity, or an accidental billing ocurred on your account in error.
- If our website does not provide you with the anticipated experience.

Our team is working diligently to offer the most complete library possible, we add content on a daily basis.
